STORYLINE
On a summer afternoon, police arrive at the scene of a traffic accident in West Chester, PA. Bianca Roberson, 18, sits dead at the wheel of her car. An autopsy reveals a sinister crime, but hopefully, CCTV footage will find Bianca's killer.
