Ziggy's UK adventures continue when he joins friends to learn about cycling. With their help, Ziggy discovers that to be a good cyclist you need to practise as much as possible. Eating lots of sports candy provides energy, but four pedals on a bike won't help you go faster. Meanwhile, Sportacus gets energetic as he introduces his exercise of the day, and Mayor Meanswell and Bessie Busybody read the latest headlines from LazyTown news. Stephanie and her friends are on the move again as they show more cool dance moves. The Mayor helps Stingy with his bicycle helmet, and Sportacus accepts a new challenge from Pixel to do a special soccer throw-in.
